Hello wild loves–

I am calling in a small group of women who want to make a weekly commitment to practicing together in the coming weeks, in this early spring time.

We will gather on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm for 1.5-2 hours for 4 weeks:

~February 26th-March 19th~

At this time, what are we prioritizing? How are we using the energy of our one wild and precious life?

I don’t know about you, but I am craving

More commitment to myself, to who I am at my core, despite whatever is swirling outside of me

More time to move, breathe, take up space, express

More dedication to my emotional life, spiritual self, & body-based healing

More tapping into my sensuality & the well of aliveness that is bubbling within

More community

More time with women, in sisterhood & ritual, remembering our power & magic together.

Want to dive in with me?

Are you feeling the pull?

To howl

to move

to breathe

to feel into our animal bodies

to access our vitality & wisdom

to open ourselves to mystical realms

and to support each other in sisterhood.

Are you looking for a place you can bring your full self and be welcomed and celebrated?

Are you craving a container to explore your inner world and unwind some patterns you are habitually holding?

Are you desiring space to touch the deep well of who you are at your feminine essence?

Are you called to do this using somatic practices with other women?

Then I hope you will join us.

Wednesday evenings, 6:30pm, for 4 weeks, beginning 2/26.

At Whidbey Island Yoga in Langley, 222 Anthes.

We will also have a messaging group to stay in touch in-between gatherings.

~$120~

Let me know if you are interested!

“There’s something about InnerWild that creates more spaciousness in me.

It cracked me open in the unique way that dance, movement, my voice, my intentions, a safe place, and a group of women can do.

I went to commune with the women in my community and left feeling connected to the cosmos and to all that is!

A love language that is heard by my lineage and that streamed right back to me in ways I could not have imagined.

My heart yearned for this and it is more loving because of this.”
