Each 1:1 InnerWild session will be specially tailored to the woman stepping into it.
We will begin with a simple ritual where you are invited to share what is on your heart and mind,
what you are currently working with in your inner and outer life.
Then, we will move into the InnerWild practice which includes breath, movement, and sound as tools
to descend into the rawness of You and to practice being in your honesty, authenticity & fullness.
The space we create together is always new, never the same. The lessons revealed often surprise us.
The ripple effect these sessions have into how we relate to ourselves, to others, to the world at large, and to universal energies is both nuanced and profound.
There is a basin of innate creativity, depth, and power within you; this is one path to directly access it.
1:1 InnerWild sessions are available in-person on Whidbey Island or over Zoom anywhere in the world.
